Before going into the case studies I wish to thank those many people who already had ideas but could not find an outlet for them and those that were willing to listen to what I had to say and gave their time and support in bringing about the changes that were achieved.

Although I had my own original thoughts my ability to be a catalyst in bringing together myself and the thoughts / aspirations of company team members still remains as my legacy to those companies.
